I value farming and living in an off-grid environment, being more in tune with nature, water, sun, wind and temperature while continuing to have a small footprint in the farming world.
I believe we need less than we think we do and encourage workers and visitors to the farm to unplug.
Eating and living seasonally are vital to my wellbeing and I promote that message through the Farmer’s Market, my relationship with chefs and my conversations with the people who work with me.
